XsDoubleOverflowThreshold🔗
Represent the smallest magnitude of a decimal which overflows an
xs:double.
The decimals are rounded to the nearest double-precision floating-point number.
Hence, the decimals at or beyond the half-way between the largest double,
(2 - 2^-52) * 2^1023, and 2^1024 round to infinity. The half-way is the exact
integer 2^1024 - 2^970, given here in decimal digits.
