The value of an AnnotatedRelationshipElement.

This class is not part of the metamodel and is not itself a named class in the specification.

The annotations are given in the ValueOnly serialization, i.e. , as a JSON object whose keys are the ID-shorts of the annotations and whose values are the ValueOnly serializations of the annotations. Their shape depends on the concrete data elements and can not be pinned down statically, so they are represented as an open JSON object.
